Farelane

Cancel or manage a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Farelane. In the app you can also go to Settings, then Subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase. In the app, open Settings, then Subscription, then Restore purchases.

Delete your account and data. In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account.

Report a problem with a fare. Open the fare and tap Report a problem. Fares can change or sell out before you book.
