What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party fonts, scripts or images. Everything is served from our own server.
Like any web server, ours records technical data for each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the response status and your browser's user agent. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are rotated automatically and kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
If you email us
We use your email address and message only to answer you and, where needed, to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep it as long as needed for that purpose or as the law requires, then delete it.
Hosting
The site runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, which processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Certificates for HTTPS come from Let’s Encrypt, which receives no visitor data.

Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to privacy@viralappventures.xyz.
